The Problem
By default, PrestaShop activates every new customer account instantly. Anyone can register and immediately access your catalogue, prices and promotions with zero oversight.
For B2B stores, restricted-access platforms or merchants who need to screen their customers, this is a major issue: no verification, no moderation, no control over your customer base.
The Solution
MedCustomerValidation automatically deactivates every new account and places it in a validation queue. The administrator is notified by email with all the customer’s information and can approve the registration with a single click directly from the email.
The customer is kept informed at every step: a personalised waiting message, then a validation notification. You maintain full control over who accesses your store.
How It Works
Registration
The customer registers normally. Their account is automatically deactivated and placed in the validation queue.
Notification
The administrator receives a detailed email with the customer’s information and a direct validation link.
Approval
Approve in one click from the email or the back office. The customer receives a confirmation and can log in.

Installation
Download the module and install it from your back office (Modules > Module Manager)
The module automatically creates its database table and registers on the required hooks
Configure messages, email notifications and which fields to include in the admin notification email
Manual validation is active immediately — every new registration will be placed in the queue
