OK. Thank you. Please i await to hear from the developer. I appreciate.

Hi,
I just forwarded the email you sent me following your two comments to the developer of the module so that he would be informed of your concern because maybe you didn't have the idea to contact him directly.

Yes. me too i can not delete job with your module. please i need help.,,

Yes. me too i can not delete job with your module. please i need help.

i cannot delete the job with your module, i have prestashop 1.7

Thanks, will try it tomorrow. If I will have any troubles, I'll let you know.

Well, true. But aggressive post would be much worse. This was just written at the time of having troubles and I was quite stressed and heated... So, sorry again man.

We fully understand the problems that can cause a failure of a module when updating.
However, that doesn't justify the aggression that you have shown.
You sent a message to the developer who must of course ensure the support of its module and I am sure he will do it.

Maybe a little bit aggressive, sorry for that. But if you run an eshop, making some changes and then because of new update VERY important crons are not functioning, then it is a problem. And how do you know that we haven't donated? Plus it is free, that is cool, but if tens or hundreds of thousands eshops will have similar problems it can make much more problems than one comment here...

Of course, it's a great tool and I thank you or the devs for it. But well, some bugs can be critical...

Karel

How to respond to that kind of message from the user of a free module?

1. Passive / aggressive.
2. ignore it

We are waiting for your votes :-)

New update is not saving new jobs. That is a HUGE problem for me now because I don't have the older version. Please fix it asap

Sorry, but the problem is I don't see the developer email anywhere. Can you please tell me where exactly it is supposed to be showing?

I think if you click on the email icon in the module you can contact the developper

I though I was talking to him. Where can I find the info to contact him?

Hi,
If you have any problem with this module you can contact the developper directly.

I've installed your module but it's behaving weird. I activated the test job but the form doesn't get updated to show it has been executed. But if I look at the cron log (sudo grep CRON /var/log/syslog) I can see that it was executed indeed, or ate least I don't see any line saying there was an error. (Nov 21 12:21:01 myhostname CRON[29355]: (root) CMD (php -f /mypspath/modules/cron/cron_crontab.php))
Is there anything additional I need to do?

Thank you for the answer. The 1.6 compatible badge wasn't visible yesterday. That's why I asked.

Hi,

this module is already compatible with Prestashop 1.6

Hi,
Is a PS 1.6 compatible version planned?
