Across the EU, an accessible right of withdrawal is a legal requirement. Without a dedicated tool, the merchant has to handle requests by hand, produce acknowledgements with probative value, track refund deadlines and inform the consumer correctly.
The result: wasted time, legal risk in case of dispute, and pre-contractual information that is often incomplete in the T&Cs.
The solution
MedRetractation adds a complete, compliant withdrawal flow: the customer exercises their right in a few clicks and receives a time-stamped acknowledgement on a durable medium, while the merchant manages every request from a dedicated tab.
The module handles legal exclusions, refund tracking and order statuses, and even provides ready-to-paste texts for your T&Cs in 18 languages.
How it works
The customer exercises the right
Button in the customer account, on the order detail and an optional footer link. Guests use their email and order reference.
Time-stamped acknowledgement
The customer immediately receives a time-stamped acknowledgement (email plus optional PDF) on a durable medium, with probative value.
Back-office management
The merchant browses, filters and processes requests (refunded or refused), with order-status synchronisation and automatic customer notification.

Installation in 4 steps
Download the module and install it from your back office (Modules > Module Manager).
Customise the button label, the withdrawal period and the exclusions (virtual products, categories, products).
If needed, enable the PDF acknowledgement, the footer link and refund tracking, then customise the URL per language.
Copy the provided legal texts into your T&Cs: you are done, the button appears automatically on eligible orders.
